Sorat Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom website design, build, and maintenance services for real estate professionals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at soratagency.com and our services. By requesting a preview, purchasing a website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We design and build a custom website tailored to your real estate brand and content. Our services include the initial website build, hosting setup, ongoing maintenance, content edits, and support as described on our site.
3. Free Preview
We offer a free, no-obligation preview of your website before any payment is required. The preview is provided so you can evaluate the design and functionality. There is no charge if you decide not to move forward.
4. Fees and Payment
If you approve the preview, a one-time build fee of $199 is due to launch the site. After launch, an ongoing maintenance and edits fee of $30 per month applies. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, branding materials, listing content, and any other materials we reasonably request to complete your website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide to us.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, we grant you a license to use the custom website we build for you. You retain ownership of your original content, logos, and branding materials. We retain ownership of any pre-existing design components, tools, or code we use across multiple projects.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
8. Termination
You may cancel the monthly maintenance plan at any time with no long-term contract. If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate hosting and maintenance services. Either party may terminate the relationship for material breach.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
