Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. All sales are final

Every Sorat Agency website is custom-built for the individual agent who orders it. Work, design time and hosting resources are committed to your project as soon as your order is placed. Subject to the legal rights and billing protections below, all sales are final: we do not accept returns of custom work, and the $450 one-time setup fee and monthly plan payments are non-refundable.

This policy does not exclude or limit any refund, cancellation right, or other remedy required by applicable law. If applicable law requires a refund, we will provide it; those legal rights take priority over this policy.

2. No partial or prorated refunds

We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unused monthly edits, unused features, or a change of mind after purchase, except where required by applicable law or to correct a legitimate billing error.

3. Getting it right before launch

After your preview is delivered, you have a two-week review period with unlimited finishing tweaks before it is finalized. This review process does not replace or limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

4. Canceling your monthly plan

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time from the billing section of your account. Canceling stops future charges; your website, tools and plan features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Billing errors and legitimate disputes

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — email soratagency@gmail.com and we will review and correct any genuine billing mistake, including issuing a refund where appropriate. We encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly, but doing so is not a condition of raising a legitimate dispute with your bank or payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute an unauthorized, duplicate, incorrect, or otherwise legitimately disputed charge, or any protection provided by applicable law. Any applicable dispute deadlines still apply.
